Random Acts of Luv Update

So one of my ideas for RAOL was to bring spaghetti over to the nearby firemen. I called yesterday to make sure it was allowed. Bummer of all bummers, it wasn't. :( But Toby from the Creve Couer Fire Department was very gracious and seems like a lovely man! :)

I have 68 Valentines Prepared and at this point 4 Beanies to bring over to the Children's hos[ital. I'm going to see if I can't crank out a few more tonight.

A couple other ideas are bubbling in my brain. I'm tight on funds so my resourcefulness is going to have to play a HUGE part tomorrow.

January 2, 2013 After the holidays many of us are short on cash and need to stretch the dollar further than usual. I find most grocery stores have a clearance shelf. You can save quite a bit of money. Check the clearance shelves in your local grocery stores for items you may need. Be careful though! Be sure to check the expiration date, any damage to the packaging and if the item is stored properly. Some items are only slightly discounted and you can do better if you just wait for a sale. Don't just assume that because the item is on the clearance shelf it is a good buy. Happy clearance shopping! *Mom*
